Also debuting is long awaited and equally all-new CP2.11 organic series race pads. This replaces the popular and long standing CP911Star pads with an entirely new friction composition matrix technology called Carbon/ceramic. This is not a case of simply adding ceramic particulates (friction modifiers) to the mix but rather and a new and different approach how organic composition racing brake pads operate. Provides tremendous power and control at the brake lever with a predictable and reassuring rising torque curve for that added power, deep into a corner � whenever you need it, time after time. Performs brilliantly on stainless and even better on our Ductile Iron brake rotors. Plus is very low abrasion as well.

The CP2.11 race pads are often thicker than their OE counterparts, and as such, re-installing the clip-on OE backplate shields is not recommended or desirable. Final cure of this formulation is necessarily performed on the bike, and as such, thermal cycling these pads is a requisite part of the bed-in process. The procedure is fast and easy and recommended being done on cleaned and prepped brake rotors.
